Generous giving from the heart

Many people find that giving to Initiatives of Change - UK is one way they can have an impact on British society and help this country serve other parts of the world. Their support and that of many others is greatly needed. Each national or international initiative is undertaken in the faith that people who share the vision will give generously.

The work of Initiatives of Change grows from deep spiritual roots, and many who donate to it give in response to their own inner voice or conscience. Their donations support the building up of networks of individuals, equipping them to live out and promote honesty, integrity, un-selfishness and other values needed for a healthy and well-functioning society. These networks are the lifeblood of Initiatives of Change.

Many of those who work full time with Initiatives of Change do not receive salaries. This practice dates from the earliest days of IofC's forerunner, the Oxford Group, when those who left their careers to work with Frank Buchman trusted in God's provision through supportive family and friends. Today such support is often augmented by a modest 'living allowance' from Initiatives of Change, while the reliance on God's provision remains central.

Initiatives of Change – UK is incorporated in the UK under the name of The Oxford Group, registered charity number 226334.
